ARTICLE VIII EMPLOYEE EXPENSES AND MATERIALS

Revise 8.1.1 and 8.1.2 as follows

8.1.1 The Agency will yearly, or every other year, purchase safety boots for the Shop Staff, and Mechanics. A designated vendor will be made available for Shop Staff and Mechanics to select a pair of boots up to one hundred and fifty dollars (5150.001{€n€ @.ShopStaffandMechanicsmayinsteadselectapairofboots up to two hundred and fifty dollars (5250.00) every other year. 8.1..2 The Agency will yearly provide reimbursement in the amount of either S25 (twenty-five dollars) for safety goggles or one hundred dollars ($100) $5e-ffifty{6'154511ot prescription safety glasses to Shop Staff and Mechanics.

ARTICLE IX-SALARY

Move existing language into Article Vl-Pay and allowance

Delete Article lX-Salary and renumber accordingly

ARTICLE XI-HOLIDAYS

Add the following language to section 11.0

11.0 The Agency agrees to provide all employees in the bargaining unit with fifteen sixteen legal and local holidays as indicated: New Year's Day Labor Day Martin Luther King Day Veteran's Day President's Day Thanksgiving Day Memorial Day Day after Thanksgiving Juneteenth Winter Break - 5 days lndependence Day Day before New Year's Day

ARTICLE XIIVACATION

Revise section 12.0 as follows:

Lz.O Vacation leave is earned at the rate of one (L) day per calendar month of employment during any school year. A unit member employed for eight (8) hours or less per day shall receive vacation leave based on their daily guaranteed hours or, for drivers, the number of guaranteed daily hours, as follows:
