The Agency will provide CSEA written notification of any software updates or changes to the recording system/device that effect the terms and conditions of the unit members' employment. The Parties agree to meet thirty (30) days from execution of this MOU and tl+iey{90} ninety (90) days thereafter to discuss the implementation of the recording system, its performance and possible improvements to the system. CSEA members invited to attend this meeting shall consist of a dispatcher, driver, mechanic, and the Association The Parties may agree to schedule additionalfuture meetings to address such issues. This MOU is non-precedential, will not bind the Parties in any future action, whether under similar circumstances or not, and cannot be introduced in any grievance, arbitration, complaint, administrative or legal proceeding as evidence of past practice or intent of the parties or meaning or application of the CBA.
