The premium payment will be the equivalent paid to unit members who are eligible for and receive payment for fifty (50%) of the premium for medical benefits who retire at fifty five (55) years of age with not less than twenty (20) years of service, as set forth in section 9.2.2 above. 9.2.4 In the event the Patient Protection and Affordable Care act makes the provision of retirement benefits unnecessary, irrelevant, or unlawful, the Agency may modify the collective bargaining agreement to reflect such fact.

Health Benefits.

9.3.1 Health benefits will be based on the contracted hours in effect after the Main Bid (see “Bus Routes” section)
