Select and purchase Birdie pins. Maintain Birdie/Chip-in book.

Award Birdie pins and/or Chip-in balls at general membership meetings.

Friendship Chair: 1.

Send cards to members who are sick. Deliver a small gift as Board deems necessary. Arrange for recognition to honor deceased members.

Big Sister Chair: 1.

Recruit six seasoned members to be Big Sisters for the year.

Ensure Big Sisters: a.

Introduce new members to other members. Educate new members on Chaparral playday definitions. Educate new members on Rules and Speed of Play.

Be present or secure a replacement to cover at all special events.

In the even t of the death of a member of the Chaparral Lady 9’ers, play shall not be suspended. Amending/Suspending the Standing Rules: The Standing Rules may be amended/suspended at any Executive Board meeting by a majority vote of those present. No previous notice of the proposed change is required. The changes will be posted on the bulletin board in the ladies lounge.
