TENTATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN ANTELOPE VALLEY SCHOOLS TRANSPORTATION AGENCY AND CALIFORNIA SCHOOL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATIONS AND ITS UNITED SCHOOLS TRANSPORTATION EMPLOYEES CHAPTER #652 FOR SUCCESSOR NEGOTIATIONS FOR THT,2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR
The Antelope Valley Schools Transportation Agency ("Agency") and California School Employees Association and its United Schools Transportation Employees Chapter #652 ("CSEA") (refened to collectively as "the Parties") have reached the following Tentative Agreement ("TA") resolving successor negotiations for 2021-2022 school year.
The Agency and CSEA agree to the attached tentative agreements:
2021-2024 Counter Proposal (attached as Exhibit A). Tentative Agreement includes revisions to Article II, Definitions, Article III, Hours of Employment, Article IV, Bus Routes and Bidding, Article VI, Pay and Allowance, Article VII, Evaluation Procedure and Personnel File, Article VIII, Employee Expenses and Materials, Article IX, Salary, Article XI, Holidays, Article XII, Vacation, Article XIII, Leave Provisions, Article XXX, Entire Agreement, and Article XXXI, Duration. Salary and Benefits (attached as Exhibit B). Tentative Agreement includes revisions to Article IX, Salary/Appendix A, and Article X, Employee Benefits.

The attached represent all agreed upon changes and concludes negotiations for the 2021-2022 school year.
This TA is subject to ratification by both parties and process according to CSEA Policy 610
